3.4. Eligibility

- The draw is open to all persons aged 18 or over as at the date of the draw (“Minimum Age”). Persons under the Minimum Age shall not be permitted to participate in the Raffle.

- The Raffle is subject to all applicable, state, and local laws and regulations in the Republic of Ireland.

- The Promoter reserves the right to reject any entry (and award the prize to an alternative winner) if it has grounds to believe the entrant has breached any of these terms and conditions, acted fraudulently or illegally, or on other reasonable grounds and shall have no liability to an entrant for any loss or damage arising from such rejection.

4. The Prizes

4.1. Description of Prize

All raffle prizes will involve a training session in Pembroke Cricket Club with a club player (the “Player”) that will be arranged by the Raffle organisers for a time that is convenient to the Player in question. All entrants acknowledge and agree prizes are conditional on winners agreeing to work co-operatively with the raffle organisers to organise a time to receive the prize that is convenient to both the winners and Player and that a winner may not ultimately be entitled to receive the prize if he / she cannot reasonably accommodate the time slots that are made available by the Player. In such circumstances the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

4.2. Prize Limitations

The prizes are non-transferable and only consist of what is listed above. No alternative prize will be offered. The prizes are not redeemable for cash. The Promoter accepts no responsibility or liability to winner for any dissatisfaction with the prize.

5. Winner Selection

5.1. Criteria for Inclusion in Draws

The Raffle consists of individual draws for separate prizes as listed above. Each valid entry will be entered into the draws if the ticket was purchased by the Closing Date.  Only valid entries with the required information to identify and contact the winner will be entered for each respective draw.

5.2. Winner Selections:

The winner will be drawn by an independent person on August 01, 2023. Eight winners will be selected with each receiving a prize as described above.

5.4. Notification of Winners

The winners will be notified within 5 working days of the draw date either by post, email or telephone. The Promoter’s decision is final. The Promoter shall have no liability for the winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for the winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 28 days from the time the winner notification is sent, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

The winners will be required to provide proof of identity when collecting their prize.

5.5. Promotion of Winners

By entering this Raffle the winners agree to take part in reasonable post Raffle publicity by publishing winners’ names on the Pembroke Cricket Club website.

6. Use of Information

The Promoter respects, and is committed to protecting your privacy. The personal information you provide will remain private and will only be used for the purposes of contacting the winners, unless otherwise requested by the individual.

7. Limitation of Liability

Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstance be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability (under contract, or otherwise under law) for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees.
